Virginia Beach Historic Houses present, “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow”

On Saturday, October 30 from 7 to 10 p.m., the Virginia Beach Historic Houses will present, “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow,” a frightfully fun look at the legend of the Headless Horseman. This unique historical event, offered at the historic Lynnhaven House, will introduce guests to characters from Washington Irving’s timeless tale, “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow.” Let your imagination explore superstitious legend from the 18th century as you take an eerie walk through the wooded Lynnhaven site to discover the frightening legend of Sleepy Hollow. Admission to this event is $5 per person and is recommended for children six years and older. Tours operate approximately every 20 minutes from 7 to 10 p.m. The Lynnhaven Colonial Education Center is located at 1409 Wishart Road in Virginia Beach.  For information, please call 460-7109.
